Terms & Conditions

 

“Any part of unutilized services is non – refundable”

  1. No refund for unused nights
  2. Accommodation is guaranteed only for dates confirmed by us, in case of not reporting on date, accommodation shall be subject to availability.
  3. In the event of no-show or early check-out, no refund would be allowed.
  4. No credit in terms of adjustment would be given for non-utilization of any facilities / services of meals.
  5. Guest are requested to produce this Reservation Voucher to the Hotel / Resort at the time of check-in
  6. Children below 12 years may be accommodated with parents / adults in the same room by making payment of children rate. 12 years & above will be considered as adults.
  7. For Packages: refer particular package Terms & conditions.
  8. Insurance to be arranged by the guest.

Rules & Regulations

  1. It is understood that person joining the Tour at his or her own risk & responsibility.
  2. Kindly check hotel rating as per hotel website
  3. The company or tour manager shall in no circumstances what so ever be liable to the client or any other person
  4. Any person in tour group showing rude behavior or passing defamatory remarks will make him liable to be expelled from the tour group at his costs & legal action will be taken in the interest of other group members, staff of agency & to safe guard reputation of service providers.
  5. Baggage and belongings at travelers own risk. Be aware of pickpocket.
  6. Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention.
  7. Equivalent * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen percent.
  8. Room type (Double or twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel)
  9. BREAKFAST: Fixed breakfast as per hotel discretion;
  10. Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
  11. Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company)
  12. Lordkrishna Tour & Travel reserve the unconditional right to refuse a booking or to terminate a passenger on tour in the event of misbehavior / unreasonable behavior at any time.
  13. The tour participant will have to strictly follow the tour program.
  14. A single person traveling alone has to pay single occupancy charges if a suitable partner for Double/Triple sharing is not available.

Cancellation Policy:-
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax /email.
Date of booking –
Booking day – 30 days – communication charges of Rs 2000.00 per person
30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

Amendment:-
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

Refund:-
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

Booking Procedure:

  1. All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only in writing / e-mail at: info@indianhotelsandresorts.com
  2. Please provide the following details along with your booking request:
    1. Package Code and Category.
    2. Clients Name.
    3. Total No of Pax along with adult sharing the rooms and child with/ without bed.
    4. Date of Arrival and Departure.
  3. Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request, a file no.(BC-XX) will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.
  4. Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 07 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.

PAYMENTS:

  1. Initial Deposit: Any confirmation is subject to a non-refundable advance deposit of 25 % of file amount has to be paid immediately, after we process the booking.
  2. Balance Payment: has to be made in advance and must be paid & settled at the time of reconfirmation (Min 07 days prior to the date of arrival).
  3. Payment Mode: Payments can be remitted through bank/cash .as advised in the confirmation mail

After depositing the payment, please email is the details with reference numbers. Please also note company will not bear any bank charges, if any applicable on the payment made by you such as cash deposit.

Receipt
A confirmation mail for the payment will be send immediately (max 24 Hrs)
